Antonia Lofaso
The cuisine that is served by Chef Antonia offers an opportunity for you to discover the inner deep. Her food comes from her curiosity about the culture that is Los Angeles, which was sparked by a trip from Long Island to Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. Cavatellis and carnitas coexisting within the same menu is her ideology. All of her dishes have a common vision, embracing the present and reminiscing on the previous. Inspired by her Italian-American heritage Lofaso established Scopa Italian Roots in 2013 which was immediately well received. Lofaso has been praised for her interpretation of traditional Italian food. Lofaso is consistently praised by Scopa's patrons for serving food that feels real and utterly enjoyable. Lofaso was an apprentice of culinary experts, absorbing their techniques as well as taking risks. She was not afraid in doing so, merely following her own intuition. After a brief period her career, she was at the highest level in Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Later she worked with a variety of famous people as she transformed various Los Angeles restaurants. Lofaso, Sal Aurora, and Mario Guddemi partnered to open Black Market Liquor Bar Studio City in 2011. Lofaso found her place at Black Market, and through the partnerships that she created. Lofaso was able to finally experience the creativity she had always desired. Black Market has no one direction in mind and it is that way. It would start with dill-flavored potato chips, Shishito peppers, and finish with Korean wings. Antonia's bold flavors are the basis of these daring flavors. The success of Lofaso has been judged by her capacity to stay honest with herself, while knowing her viewers. Her appearances on the Top Chef Chicago episode and Top Chef: All Stars emphasized her ability to express herself outside the cooking environment. Since then, she has continued her career in front of cameras with judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup Judge and recurring appearances on the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. Lofaso joined forces in partnership with Penguin in 2012 to release The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 recipes to prepare Delicious home-cooked Meals. This book also tells her story about the challenges she encountered while going to her first French Culinary Institute and raising her daughter Xea. Lofaso believes that the main inspiration behind all of Lofaso's accomplishments is her kitchen. Through this, she is always on the pulse. Chefletics revolutionizes the look of Chefwear with its emphasis on design and function. Lofaso is determined to stay true to the vision of her customers. The brand she has developed is Antonia Lofaso Catering to help in achieving that.
